2 Eligibility & Age Requirements
2.1 Minimum Age. The amjilli platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR's regulations governing casino-style gambling in the Philippines. It is a criminal offence for any person under 21 years of age to gamble on this platform. amjilli takes underage gambling seriously and will immediately terminate any account found to be held by an underage individual, forfeiting any remaining balance.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The amjilli platform is operated for and directed at users in the Republic of the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from within the Philippines or from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful for you personally. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2.3 Exclusions. The following individuals are not eligible to hold an amjilli account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who are self-excluded from gambling under any applicable Philippine regulatory scheme; (c) employees, contractors, directors, agents, and immediate family members of amjilli and its affiliated entities; (d) persons who have been permanently excluded from the amjilli platform by amjilli for a prior violation of these Terms.
Age Verification: amjilli will conduct age and identity verification on all new accounts as part of the KYC process. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a person aged 21 or older will be restricted or closed pending resolution.
3 Account Registration & KYC
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) amjilli account. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different email addresses or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent exclusion from the platform.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. When registering for an amjilli account, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during registration or the KYC process. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 KYC Verification. amjilli is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to: (a) Philippine Passport; (b) UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID); (c) Driver's License; (d) SSS ID; (e) PhilHealth ID; (f) Voter's ID; (g) Postal ID. amjilli reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if circumstances warrant further verification.
3.4 Account Responsibility. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your amjilli account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you accept full liability for all transactions and gameplay conducted under your account.
4 Account Security
4.1 Confidentiality of Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your amjilli username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. amjilli will never ask for your full password via live chat, SMS, or email.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must contact amjilli support immediately at [email protected]. amjilli shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access that resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. amjilli strongly recommends that all Members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via registered Philippine mobile number. amjilli reserves the right to require 2FA verification at login or during withdrawal processing as a security measure.
5 Deposits & Accepted Payment Methods
5.1 Accepted Currencies. All transactions on the amjilli platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). amjilli does not currently accept foreign currency deposits. Any foreign currency deposits will be declined or converted at rates determined by the relevant payment processor.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. amjilli currently accepts deposits through the following channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (via payment terminals), Cebuana Lhuillier, and bank transfer. amjilli reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Members.
5.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. Members should verify current minimums in their account dashboard. amjilli reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds without prior notice.
5.4 Deposit Ownership. By depositing funds into your amjilli account, you confirm that the funds originate from a payment method that is legally owned by you. amjilli does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be reversed, and the account suspended pending investigation.
5.5 Deposit Finality. Once a deposit has been confirmed and credited to your amjilli balance, it cannot be reversed by the Member except through a formal withdrawal request processed in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms.
6 Withdrawals
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are only available to Members who have completed KYC verification. Accounts with incomplete, pending, or failed KYC verification will not be permitted to process withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily resolved.
6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. amjilli reserves the right to require withdrawal via a specific method for compliance or fraud prevention purposes.
6.3 Processing Timeframes. amjilli aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same banking business day for requests submitted during business hours, subject to the processing timelines of the relevant financial institution. Processing timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.
6.4 Wagering Requirements. Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement is satisfied in full. The portion of a Member's balance consisting of free cash (non-bonus funds) may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard KYC and minimum withdrawal thresholds.
6.5 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the amjilli account dashboard at time of request. VIP tier members may be eligible for higher maximum withdrawal thresholds as a VIP benefit.
6.6 amjilli's Right to Verify. amjilli reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal request pending additional verification, fraud checks, or compliance review. amjilli will notify the Member of any delay and the reason, where disclosure is permissible.
7 Bonuses & Promotions
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by amjilli are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated in the specific promotion terms. amjilli recommends Members read all bonus terms before claiming any offer.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. amjilli strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: (a) exploiting system errors or promotional miscalculations; (b) using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; (c) coordinated wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements while maintaining a near-zero game risk; (d) any other conduct reasonably identified by amjilli as constituting abuse of the promotions system. amjilli reserves the right to void bonus credits and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts involved in bonus abuse.
7.4 Bonus Validity. All bonus credits and free spins carry an expiry date stated in the promotion terms. Unclaimed, unused, or unplayed bonus credits that expire within their validity window will be forfeited without compensation.
7.5 amjilli's Right to Modify Promotions. amjilli reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is terminated before its stated end date, amjilli will use reasonable efforts to notify affected Members.
8 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play
8.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the amjilli platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or accessible from the game information section. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before participating.
8.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) based games on the amjilli platform use independently certified RNG software that has been tested by accredited third-party testing laboratories for fairness and randomness. Live dealer games use physical cards, physical roulette wheels, or other physical game elements as applicable — outcomes are not simulated.
8.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, amjilli reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Member's balance. amjilli will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from a game malfunction.
8.4 Bet Finality. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the amjilli system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member. Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant game or event.
9 Prohibited Conduct
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the amjilli platform and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
- Registering or maintaining more than one amjilli account;
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
- Using another person's identity, payment method, or financial details;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to access or interact with the platform;
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any platform system or game;
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated gambling activity designed to defraud the platform or other players;
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime;
- Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraud in connection with any deposit transaction;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing amjilli support staff or other platform users;
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to amjilli's systems, servers, or data.
10 Responsible Gaming

11 Intellectual Property

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the amjilli platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of amjilli.
11.3 The amjilli name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of amjilli. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark of amjilli.
12 Limitation of Liability
12.1 Service Availability. amjilli provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While amjilli makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service disruptions may affect availability.
12.2 No Liability for Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, amjilli shall not be liable to any Member for: (a) any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform; (b) any loss of winnings or anticipated winnings resulting from a game malfunction, technical error, or system downtime; (c) losses arising from unauthorized access to a Member's account where the Member failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.
12.3 Cap on Liability. To the extent any liability of amjilli is not excluded under applicable law, amjilli's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13 Account Suspension & Termination
13.1 By amjilli. amjilli reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; regulatory or compliance requirements; the Member's account being found to belong to an underage user; or amjilli's decision to discontinue service in a particular jurisdiction.
13.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of a Member's account, any balance consisting of verified, non-bonus cash funds will be returned to the Member via the most recent verified payment method on record, less any amounts owed to amjilli, subject to compliance with applicable laws and the completion of any outstanding investigations.
13.3 By the Member. Members may request account closure at any time by contacting amjilli support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any outstanding balance will be returned after KYC verification and in accordance with withdrawal procedures.
14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first seek to resolve the dispute through direct negotiation. Members should raise concerns in the first instance by contacting amjilli support at [email protected]. amjilli will use reasonable efforts to acknowledge and respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days.
14.3 Jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
15 Amendments to These Terms
15.1 amjilli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members by notice on the amjilli platform or by email to the registered address associated with the Member's account, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required for legal or regulatory compliance.
15.2 Continued use of the amjilli platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the amendments take effect.
15.3 The version of these Terms bearing the most recent effective date displayed at the top of this page constitutes the current binding version.
